Q: Need help with few questions
I am a coach building a company. A team size of 15-25 people. We dont have much client engagement where we have to give them demo but have course participants 5-10k.
1. I am looking for an internal tool for work delegation and completion
2. Will this also help us in crm style data base management and analysis
3. What does user means, if i go with the highest plan it means, i can only have 50 employee who can log in?
4. In the highest plan, how many pages we can create which as a link can be shared to 10-20k people to view or download a file like pdf or video? Is there any restriction on that.
Can i have a demo, before i buy the highest tier and can refer some too.
Please help

Thank you for your questions.
1-2) Our product is often used as an Internal Tool (including within our own company). We need to learn more about your use case to determine whether our product will be a good fit for you.
3) Users are organization members who have access to both the portal and the Internal Space. They can not only view information but also create and edit it. In your case, Guests might also be helpful—they can create and edit content as well, but only within a single workspace (you can have up to 150 guests on Tier 10). You can read more about roles here: https://thefusebase.com/guides/getting-started/key-role-differences/
4) We only have limitations on the number of portals. There are no restrictions on the number of pages.
We can arrange a call to discuss this in more detail. If you are interested, please select the "Book Demo" option on our website and choose a convenient date and time.
This was previously answered by Pavel Sher who said you can host your courses in a single portal (or give each colleague their own independent workspace + portal if they need to create/edit), invite colleagues as members (workspaces are independent and can publish to portals), Tier 10 lets you invite 50 colleagues and create 50 portals, and there is no limit on the number of clients. You can find that answer here: https://appsumo.com/products/fusebase/questions/workspace-vs-portal-vs-clients-1430654/
Quick answers to your points:
1) Internal delegation: Yes — use workspaces and member invites to collaborate, assign and manage course creation and completion (each member gets their own workspace to work in).
2) CRM-style DB & analysis: FuseBase supports client accounts (no client limit) and workspace structures for managing participants; for specific CRM fields/reports/analytics capabilities you’ll want a short demo to confirm it meets your reporting needs.
3) “User” meaning: On the highest tier you can invite 50 colleagues/members who can log in. Client accounts (course participants) are not counted in that 50 and are effectively unlimited.
4) Pages / sharing / viewer limits: The partner answer confirms portals/content can be shared publicly but doesn’t list hard page/viewer/file-download limits — ask in the demo for exact file size, bandwidth or page-count restrictions.
They offer a call/demo to go over your exact workflow and limits — would you like me to help set up a demo or fetch those exact page/file limits for you?
