Oct 23, 2025A: Hi
1) We offer the option to add your own OpenAI key.
2) We have an automation module that includes a range of integrations with other services. You can find more details here: https://thefusebase.com/guides/automations-and-integrations/
We also support webhooks, which allow you to send requests from other services (such as Make or Zapier) and trigger flows based on these parameters.
Additionally, you can connect AI agents to other services via MCP: https://thefusebase.com/guides/fusebase-ai/expanding-ai-agent-functionality-via-mcp/
Work on the open API is in progress, and we will do our best to release it to production soon.
Short answer: yes — those are available as basic features now. This was previously answered by Pavel Sher, who said OCR uses monthly credits to index image/document content; AI indexing lets agents use your folders/pages as sources and will index page text, images, audio/video transcripts, etc.; there’s basic time‑tracking in the project management tools (reporting is planned); a built‑in CRM exists and is being expanded with custom databases; and you can already add your own OpenAI key while the public API/BYOK are in development for AppSumo users.
