Do I need a separate portal for each Client, or can I create one portal for multiple clients? What I have observed in the demo is that when creating a folder, all the clients get access to the folder. I have to manually remove access for each client. I am not sure if this is the right approach.

Thank you for your question. We have a special feature - Granural Portals. In this case, you can invite different people into different portal sections. Think about it as Sub-Portals for clients and one Core portal for everyone.
In this case, you can use only one portal that will have the Main Page available for everyone with a custom greeting message. On this page, you will share content that all clients will see and access.
The rest of the sections will be available to different clients and they will not know about each other!
If you need maximum personalization for your client, it is better to use a separate portal for each client.
Regarding simplifying permission settings, we are working on improving these options and agree that managing new folders can be made easier - we expect to implement these enhancements soon.
