SadareddykQ: Running full operations in one platform
Hello!!
1. We are a team of 18 people. We run our day to day operations from Notion. I would like to know which plan would suit us if we want to make the shift from Notion to fusebase.
2. Also, can we make portal for our customers so they can raise their order requests and we communicate with them of the updates regarding their orders, including the history of their orders and payments.

1) If you need all 18 members to have access to all workspaces, you will require a plan starting from Tier 7. However, you can also use the Guest role, which grants access to only one workspace. The guest limit is calculated as a 3 to 1 ratio based on the number of members. For example, if you have 5 members, you can invite 15 guests. 2) I believe this is possible. You can communicate with clients via chat. Additionally, clients can submit order requests through forms and track their progress using integrated databases, which can be managed within portals.
