OpusQ: Unexpected restrictions
This completely derails my plans now. Support tells me I can only upload a maximum of 5 files at a time (with file size limits anyway) – that's just the way it is. This is a critical issue given that I've purchased 8TB in total licenses, plus another 4TB coming up. How am I supposed to populate all that data? Is there genuinely no alternative solution? If not, Fusebase has become useless for my purposes

1) I believe we will remove the limit on the number of files altogether. It was implemented intentionally, but we are receiving many requests to lift this restriction.
2) We do not have a limit on file size when adding files to a portal or a page.
3) Could you provide more details about the automated tool?
It would be very helpful to have a tool similar to an FTP transfer. It would be particularly helpful if entire folders could be transferred.
Is there a realistic timeframe for the adjustment to allow uploads of more than 5 files?
1) We have the capability to upload files to pages via automation, and I will check regarding FTP support.
2) If there are no issues or conflicts, we will remove the limit by the end of this week (possibly even tomorrow or the day after).

Will you allow folder uploads? (I know that Fusebase only maps the “folders", but that's not really a problem, is it?)
With these essential (but unexpected) issues resolved, I can once again wholeheartedly recommend your otherwise nearly perfect solution!

Are you referring to the ability to select an entire folder when uploading files to a note (instead of selecting files individually)?
Yes, it would be useful if local folders (whose contents are usually preselected) could be transferred directly to Fusebase and also appear there as folders.
