Q: What is the difference between Client portals and Client accounts?
What is the difference between Client portals and Client accounts? I have around 5 clients per month I would need the to be able to access the workspace

Client portal = googl.com tesla.com
Client accounts = actual user emails from these companies
Hmmm, still not clear on this. So we are an agency that needs processes etc internally and then onboard and train new clients - let's say 250 - through our company branded portal. Does that mean we'd need 9+ codes or can that be achieved at lower levels?
In some cases, it's better to use a separate portal for each client, for example, if it's a large project. However, you can also use granular permissions, which will allow you to create a separate independent folder for each client within a portal, and you will be able to invite many clients to one portal. Five coupons are sufficient for this.
Thanks for your response. So the limitating factor is the number of 'Client accounts'?
The main limiting factor is the number of portals. If you have 250 clients, we recommend using granular permissions, as even on the highest plan, only 50 portals are available.
So within 1 portal, we could have generic training and then 1 folder per client for specific contract data and communication? It appears so from another answer you gave. Couple of last questions... and all this under our own company level CNAME? And e-sig for onboarding? And MCP/AI connection to our CRM? Thanks!
Thanks for the video. And the answer to my 2 questions?
1) Yes, that's correct.
2) Yes, White Label allows you to have your own domain for the portal.
3) E-Signature is also available.
4) We have a default MCP for Hubspot. Zoho also provides its own official MCP. There are also excellent services that offer MCPs for Salesforce, Attio, etc. This way, you can connect an agent to your CRM.
Thanks Pavel for all your help in answering my Qs.
- So CNAME is only available at the 5 Code level? Shame if that's the case as 3 Codes would suffice for our needs. What would our domain look like then? ourbiz.thefusebase.com?
- We use GHL so does Fusebase support a regular API connection?
I just recorded video that covers: Structure of FuseBase, roles, templates and how to invite external users:

Pavel, just a follow-up on my Qs below:
- So CNAME is only available at the 5 Code level? Shame if that's the case as 3 Codes would suffice for our needs. What would our domain look like then? ourbiz.thefusebase.com?
- If 5 Codes required, is that a one-time pay't optiom?
- We use GHL so does Fusebase support a regular API connection or does it have another type of connection, perhaps via MCP?
1) Yes, everything is correct. Without White Label, your subdomain will be in the format ourbiz.nimbusweb.me.
2) Absolutely, this is included as part of the Lifetime deal.
3) We do support GHL in the automation module. For MCP, we don't have a default connector to GHL, but you can integrate it using third-party solutions such as Pipedream or Zapier.
Sorry, slight confusion. I meant, is there the possibility to pay a one-off fee less than the $158 difference between 3 Codes and 5 to get white-label as we don't really need anything else?
