Q: Why the low limit on client portals?
Whilst we can use multiple clients on a client portal using permissions, you recommend that 1 client portal is used PER client. On Tier 5, we can have 125 clients but only 25 client portals, effectively limiting it to 25 clients, not 125.
Issues with one client per client portal:
1. File Manager cannot be added to an individual sub-folder.
2. Task Dashboard cannot be added to an individual sub-folder.
3. Chat Dashboard cannot be added to an individual sub-folder.
4. I have used a portal template to test Fusebase. When inviting users to a client portal, clients are added to all folders by default and have to be removed manually - creating a risk of data being seen by others when a permission is not removed.
Please consider increasing limits on client portals and client accounts. It's stopping me from purchasing.

Thank you for your interesting questions.
1) The File Manager and Task Dashboard serve as aggregators for files and tasks within the portal. This means you may not need to add them to every folder. It is sufficient to add pages with tasks or File Uploader widgets to your client folders. Accordingly, you only need to add one link to the File and Task Dashboards (for example, in the top bar), where each client will see their own tasks and files.
2) The same applies to the Chat Dashboard. For instance, you can add a single link to the Chat Dashboard in the top bar, which will be enough—each client will have a separate chat channel, and they will only see their own channel.
3) I agree that there are some inconveniences with granular permissions, and we are working to improve this component.
4) We could discuss your specific case and portal limits in more detail during a call. If you are interested, please select the "Book Demo" option on our website and choose a convenient date and time.
