The concept is excellent and the potential is huge, which is why we purchased Tier 10.
However, we immediately ran into issues. The live chat showed as active, but we received no response. We should have access to 50 portals, yet the system keeps displaying an upgrade prompt instead of allowing us to use what’s included in our plan.
I’m open to updating this review once these issues are resolved, but at the moment the support response time and the overall experience need improvement. The constant upgrade notifications appearing throughout the platform are also confusing and disruptive.

Thank you, Pavel. I appreciate the quick reply from you and your team. My point was simply that when a live chat is shown as active, someone should actually be available — especially during setup or when you’re trying to solve an issue in real time. It’s much more efficient to speak directly instead of going back and forth through multiple channels.
Regarding the organization structure: the current setup is still unclear on the AppSumo side, and this should be labelled more transparently. The upgrade prompts and portal limitations can easily confuse users who are just trying to use what their plan includes.
I’m looking forward to the meeting with you or someone from your team to clarify how we can configure our environment correctly. I’m genuinely enthusiastic about the platform, because what I saw and read until now it seems to be great. But I want get out most of it and I guess our structure is not that easy to handle.

Ich habe schon 2020 (damals Nimbus Notes) gekauft als LTD. Und es ist eines meiner meistgenutzten APPS, gerade für Wissensmanagement (Forschung, kollaborativ im Institut arbeiten).
Jetzt bin ich durch die externe Portal-Lösung begeistert, so dass ich eigentlich eine eigene Webseite mit KI-Automatisierungen eingebaut bekomme, die mit den Kunden interagiert. Und die CRM-Lösung wird weiter ausgebaut. WOW.
Ja, vieles ist neu und hat sich anders entwickelt als im Anfang angekündigt, aber bei gleichzeitigem Erhalten der wichtigsten Grundfunktionen (Sammeln, Ordnen, schreiben, Ressourcen vorhalten in allen Formaten).
Es ist für mich jetzt der Ersatz für PODIO, weil ich hier alle Funktionen habe, nur flexibler und vor allem teilbar mit externen Kunden, also im Ganze jetzt für mich schöner und überzeugender als Kollaborationsspace.
Extrabpunkte: Die KI Agenten ergänzen die bisherige interner KI und bringen ganz neue Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten ins Spiel. Ich bin noch lange nicht fertig damit, alle Funktionen auszuprobieren oder zu nutzen. Aber diese APPSUMO Runde habe ich den KI-Update samt Portalfunktion freigeschaltet für eine KI-Lösung, die ich bei anderen KIs in 2 Jahren amortiesieren könnten. Aber hier immer kontextbezogen und auf den Punkt, alles Wissen, Dokumente und Prozesse, sowie kollaborationen an einem Ort.

The Swiss Army Knife for Collaboration – Internal & External
I purchased FuseBase (formerly Nimbus Notes) as a lifetime deal back in 2020, and it has since become one of my most-used apps, especially for knowledge management and collaborative research at my institute.
The new external portal solution is particularly impressive: it allows me to create my own website with integrated AI automations that interact directly with my clients. The continuously evolving CRM solution is another highlight – simply WOW!
Naturally, a lot has changed and developed over time, but the most important core features – collecting, organizing, writing, and storing resources in all formats – have remained.
For me, FuseBase is now the perfect replacement for Podio: I have all the features I need, even more flexibility, and, most importantly, the ability to easily share everything with external clients. Overall, it’s the most attractive and convincing collaboration platform for me.

The new AI agents complement the existing internal AI and open up completely new automation possibilities. I haven’t even tried all the features yet, but just the current AppSumo offer with the AI update and portal function gives me a solution that would take two years to pay off with other providers. Here, everything is context-based and to the point: knowledge, documents, processes, and collaboration – all in one place.
