I’ve been putting FuseBase through its paces, and it has quickly become the central nervous system for my client workflows. If you’re looking to move away from scattered emails, messy Google Drive folders, and fragmented project management tools, this is the environment you’ve been looking for. 4.75 tacos.

What I love:

The "Portal" Experience: Being able to provide clients with a branded, professional, and secure space to access files, feedback, and project statuses is a massive upgrade in perceived value.

AI Integration: The AI-powered agents are surprisingly handy for handling routine queries and summarizing documentation, which saves me a significant amount of back-and-forth time.

Consolidation: It successfully replaces several disconnected SaaS subscriptions by merging documentation, project management, and client portals into one cohesive dashboard.

The reality check:
Because this platform is so feature-rich, there is naturally a bit of a learning curve to get everything configured exactly how you want it. It isn't a "set it and forget it" tool; you need to spend some time building out your workspaces to get the most efficiency out of the automation features.

Why it’s a keeper:
The team is clearly dedicated to the platform's long-term growth. They are consistently rolling out improvements, and the responsiveness to the community’s feature requests is evident. It’s a robust, professional-grade tool that makes a massive difference in how clients perceive your operations.

Highly recommended for anyone juggling multiple projects who wants to look as organized and high-tech as possible.

Well, where do I start. I bought this last time FuseBase was on AppSumo and went full stack. First the cons: a) there is a little bit of a learning curve - that is to be expected because honestly there is so much on offer. b) The documentation links are not always reliable. That being said, I diligently started building my internal workspace (on my custom domain) and have started building one portal that is linked to the workspace (again on a custom domain). There are loads of customisation options and if you are any good at coding or knowledge of CSS (or a friendly LLM to hand) you can get the portals looking exactly the way you like! FuseBase integrates perfectly with Claude and I actually use my internal workspace as memory for Claude and have set up 'session triggers' ensuring Claude fetches the appropriate knowledge docs from my Workspace before we work on different projects. As someone who loves Open Source, Docker and Vibe Coding the new app creation feature is simply remarkable! The fact that with tier 10 you can build 100 frontend SPA and 10 full stack apps with a Hono backend - just wow! If you are an starting up as an Agency, or even an established one, willing to migrate, and can handle a little bit of a learning curve and enjoy Vibe coding, I cannot recommend this purchase enough. Really, since I've gotten into FuseBase, I literally have hours of fun! I have developed/developing a FuseBase skill to streamline the process, I actually deployed a Full Stack application (prepared briefly on AI Studio to get the general look and scaffold) on FuseBase with CoWork, with very minimal input from me (developing the skill as I go along) - honestly I am so impressed...I'd be lying if I said I didn't have issues with the app this morning, so I contacted support and literally within minutes I got a reply and then another from a really helpful (though anonymous) assistant. It is one of the few (if any) apps I would ever consider going Full Stack again. I think FuseBase/Nimbus really do lifetime deals well - just make them so fantastic that you will want them and you will want them for your clients, and I love that you are able to stack beyond 10. I am pleased that FuseBase (formerly Nimbus as Gemini keeps telling me!) return fairly regularly to AppSumo and maybe next time round, I'll go full stack again. Really FuseBase, thank you for being a solid company that value your LTD owners - in this day and age that really stands out (especially for me having been burned by many AS deals in the past). I wish you the very best for your continued growth.

I can't imagine you'll ever get this at this price again, it's insane value. If you are on the fence, I'd suggest jump off and get on board.

After buying enough software on AppSumo to single-handedly fund their entire marketing department, my digital closet was looking like a graveyard of abandoned tech. But out of that massive pile of SaaS, Fusebase, Taskade and a few others became the chosen ones—the only apps that didn't end up in my "why the hell did I buy this" folder.

Honestly, listing everything Fusebase has been cooking up over the years would result in a TL;DR longer than a CVS receipt. Fortunately, after boatloads of updates, Fusebase has really shifted into high gear, pulling double duty to inject serious AI juice into its DNA. From autonomous AI Agents that do everything short of brewing your morning coffee, to shiny new AI CRM functionalities being integrated weekly, this tool is executing its roadmap faster than a getaway driver. If you're looking for a sign to stop hoarding lifetime deals and actually build your business backend, this may be it. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by just how much heavy lifting this App can do!

Andriod and IOS mobile compliant
Hi, you have a wonderful AI driven platform, only trouble is my clients all wanting to access on their mobile devices. Clients are getting 'not compatble' error message when opening the app in Apple devices and some on Andiod. When will Fusebase be mobile ready for the current Android and IOS version? Many thanks.
