Not giving 2FA to tier 1 seems to say a lot about how much you value your customers' security, which is a pretty huge deal.
Can you explain your reasoning behind what feels to be a very poor business decision please in case I'm completely missing something here...?

Security is a top priority for us, our system is fully secure and we’re ISO 20000 and 27001 certified. 2FA is an additional layer we offer for enterprise accounts, so while it’s not enabled for Tier 1 users, your account and data remain fully protected.
