2. We have native, Zapies, as well as webhook integration for google-sheets.
3. Video survey is in Road-map but not very soon.
4. Pop-up survey and chat-like survey is on road-map.
5. We have a standard but very easy-to-use survey builder. You can build surveys with our mobile app also. So you can build, share, and download responses anywhere, anytime using your mobile. You don't have to hop on a PC.
6. The PayPal, and Stripe payment gateway integration is in road-map and this will also be available before this deal ends.. :)

Hey Kenny, Kiosk mode in most survey tools allows you to setup a survey in a way you can use it at a Fair or on a mobile device to collect multiple responses. Usually in a full screen mode with a refresh at the end etc. NPS survey is the typical net promoter survey used for customer satisfaction. I'd like to hear what Rohit has to say for all of these! This is often called the recall function and is often used to call the name from the previous answer to the next question.
