Q: Extra credit purchase
The tier 3 plan indicates that 1 extra credit can be purchased for 1$, does that mean that once I run out of the 30 credits I have I could for example pay 100 USD to get 100 extra credits? And if so, do those extra credits run over to the next month?

Great question!
Yes, if you run out of credits, you can always buy additional credits at $1 per test from the settings section in the product. These additional credits will be valid for one month from the date of purchase.
