I purchased this a few days ago. The platform seems very well polished. When I log in to my account, I'm logged back out. I emailed support about CNAME, as I didn't see the option. They told me to check under settings, and it is not under settings or anywhere. Emailed them again, and it's been 2 days, and I have not heard from them. I'm unsure if they are still actively monitoring or developing this platform. AppSumo needs to do a better job at vetting these companies. I will update this review if and when they resolve the issue, or if I decide to refund the product.

Gappeo is a helpful tool.

With my team, instead of guessing what people need to work on, I can see where the gaps are.

In my work with my coaching clients, same story. the assessments reduce the time taken to identify specific gaps. Makes it easier to know where to focus our energy.

I needed an online testing platform with a bank of tests that I can use with my online students, and Gappeo delivered. Not only can you select from a variety of assessments and combine them (up to 5) into one, but you can create your own, with your own questions as well. Gappeo also has great customer service and offers online meetings for training.

No one can argue the importance of such tool for any business owner but it's missing important features.

Their invitation emails cannot be fully customised. For example, they keep Goppeo social media links in the signature section of the email and you can't edit it.

The email header image cannot be changed, and shouts Gappeo.

The assessment landing page has a spotlight image as if something is broken, and again, you cannot customise anything.

You cannot set the change or extend the time of the Gappeo pre-built test.

Couldn't find any help resources. Even their support page is just a form with no option to chat or a way to follow up on your support tickets.

On top of that, most links on their AppSumo page are not working. For example, roadmap link leads to an empty trello board and the request a demo is a broken freshdesk link.

Everything makes me feel that the product is not getting enough care and attention

I am keeping the tool for now till I see how their team will respond to the above.

I must admit that I purchased this product a few months ago and have not yet been able to fully learn its capabilities. I received an email for the Maji, to schedule a demo call, and I can honestly say that, being a busy entrepreneur, time is the most valuable capital we have, and after spending about a half an hour with Maji, he was extremely informative and was able to provide answers regarding cabilities that I didn't know to have.

I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a great product and even better customer service, you should purchase Gappeo, you would not regret.
