I am not a hiring manager but saw that I could use it for my clients. I'm glad I purchased this as I had been looking for a way to provide more in-depth coaching to my clients using assessments. The database of assessments is mindblowing. My client loved taking it and even opted for the proctoring as I told him no need. He said "Assessment was super interesting and interactive ma'am" which was great. I am looking forward to using this more. And, thanks for the personal demo so I can understand the product more.
