Only 10 candidate can actually attempt the test
It is said that we can send unlimited invites, but what is the purpose of sending unlimited when only 10 people can actually participate?
I would rather use Gappeo free plan, the tool is just fine but not worth the money for a lifetime deal. I can take unlimited free quizzes on test gorilla (my requirement was fulfilled with free tests).

Regarding your review, please note that with Appsumo plans you get test credits that renew every month whereas the Free plan provides only 10 test credits, which are a one-time allocation. As an Appsumo user, you can upgrade to get up to 30 test credits per month by taking advantage of coupon stacking.
