I see you mention UK and Europe but is this compliant for USA as well? Thank you very much.

A: The template is updated periodically with improvements and any major changes. Filling out the spreadsheet doesn't mean you are compliant, but will help identify areas where you may not be compliant with GDPR or gaps in your documentation. From here you can review whether any other legislation is also affected.

A: Hi Jack, If you upload it to your Google Drive, you can open it and fill it out in Google Sheets. It stays as a .XLSX file but is fully functional. There are no fancy equations or processes in the worksheet, just colored boxes to copy and paste, with minimal typing. Regards Nick

Google Sheets doesn't work very well with Excel files at times.
