Q: I have been unable to use my service after I successfully redeemed it back in 2018.

I redeemed it, used it, and then my account was deleted. I reached out in December of 2018 and you asked me to confirm my email address and then never responded.

Q: Any Chance you can bring this back??

I was new to the site when I purchased it back in may 2018 and missed the deadline to activate it because I didn't know there was a deadline to do so...
First purchase from you guys was also the first loss...

Q: I apologize if this has been asked before.

I run a small Shopify powered e-commerce store selling physical products solely in USA. I may have few people on my email list that may reside outside USA but they haven't purchased and cannot purchase anything if they reside outside US. Do I still need GDPR compliance?
