Q: I am stuck. Can't get past the product section.
I have been trying to add a product. I entered 2 websites and uploaded one ducument. It says that the file is in the product, but when I hit submit, it returns with "The AI had a problem learning from the sources provided". I have tried this 4 times and cannot move forward. There is nothing that tells me what the problem is or how to solve it. There is noone to ask except here. Can you help? Very frustrating as I was so excited to get this software.

Q: This deal - confusion
There seems to be a lot of confusion about what is and isn't included in this deal. Can you do a webinar or video on the SPECIFIC features included with this deal? If we can't bring our own AI Key, it would be nice to know how many generations we get, etc.
I think it's hard seeing this and then reading that certain things are not included and now there some additional monthly fee.
Q: Mentioned tier plan and after purchasing plan is different
I purchased tier 3, where it is mentioned unlimited images generation per day but after purchasing it allows only 40 images per day.
Q: Can this be whitelabeled?
If we buy tier 4, can we white label this and onboard clients?
Q: Is Heartbeat included in this AppSumo deal?
