Q: Problems with the genius.ai browser extension in Chrome
Dear genius.ai team,
Specifically, I am experiencing difficulties when I use the extension in Chrome, for example to reply to messages on Instagram in the footer. Although I can see the product selection and the corresponding buttons from Genius.ai, it usually happens that after selecting a Genius product, the products are loaded once and the buttons change. However, if I then want to select the next product, there is no reaction and the new product is not loaded. Despite reloading and several attempts, it no longer works. Even after logging out and back in, the Genius footer is usually no longer visible - it has disappeared? This means that the functionality of this browser extension makes no sense to me.
Can I not purchase this anymore. I need this for my startup business. Please let me know how can I get tier 4. I literally was about to buy it and in the process and it booted me off.

A: Hey there! 1. I would suggest to do it on your customers, to mimic your customers branding. 2. You can create 2 profiles per account, however we will be soon releasing an update to allow to create multiple brand voices, ideal for agencies/media managers with tons of customers.

Yes! You can set everything up for your client social media using your profile, as long as you are added to their Meta Business Portfolio (Explained by Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/2169003770027706, works for both Facebook and IG)
