Q: Persoanlized Session - What does this mean
With the different tiers it says you get "X" personalized sessions per month and when it runs out you get a non-personalized page. What exactly does that mean in practical terms? Is it the # of unique pages that can be generated?

Sep 17, 2026A: Hey! Happy to clarify - personalized sessions are about visitor experiences, not how many pages you can generate.
So, for example, if your tier includes 5,000 personalized sessions per month:
- You can still create and publish as many personalized page variants as your credit balance allows
- Up to 5,000 eligible visitor sessions can receive the dynamically personalized version
- Once that monthly session allowance is used, the page does not go offline - it simply falls back to the default/static version for additional visitors
- Your overall traffic is not capped
We also exclude bots and workspace/internal traffic so those don’t unnecessarily eat into your session allowance.
So the easiest way to think about it is:
Credits = creating/generating/publishing
Personalized sessions = how many visitors can actually receive the personalized experience each month
Hope that makes it a bit clearer :)

Thanks. So for example, if you created 5000 pages then those pages could only get one visit per month (with a personalized experience) and then if they tried again the get the default version? Is this 'unique' visits? For example, the same person visiting their page 100 times in a month does that count as one or 100? Seems a serious throttle.

Totally fair concern - but it’s less restrictive than it sounds :)
It’s session-based, so refreshes/revisits in the same session don’t keep consuming allowance, and bots/internal traffic are filtered out.
For ABM/outbound, 5,000 personalized sessions already covers a lot of real usage. And if you hit the limit, pages stay live and simply fall back to the default version until reset.
