So out the gate they made an error and published everyone's private data. I alerted them and was polite about the fact that this was a serious data breach. Without requesting anything they gave me a discount on my purchase. Nice. I got things set up. And the issue I ran into was the fact that there was missing white labelled features... one of these was emails not being white labelled. Ie. they show john@getleadforms email address and get leads forms branding. I requested this get fixed and they seemed to be on it. But it never resolved... many months have gone by and I have followed up a few times... initially I had replies suggesting the fix was happening... then they just stopped responding and the issue remains to this day. So I've never used the product which I paid for as it all seemed a bit amateur and not ready for release. The forms themselves are old school html. My guess is this is a very young individual having a crack at being entrepreneurial but not having the resources or experience to pull it off long term. Or just grabbing the cash at the front door and sneaking out the back 🤷🏻. It was a waste of my time and money and appsumo should do a better job at vetting.

Thanks for your review, despite the fact that we're no longer selling on AppSumo, I want to address each point. Because there are some serious allegations being made here which are not true:
Let's start with this one:

I saw GetLeadForms on AppSumo, and ignored the offer at first, as I do not currently have a use-case for it. Some paths cross in mysterious ways though, as I was looking for a tool for dynamic text replacement in WP, another (free!) gem build by John, and bumped into GetLeadForms that way again.
The amount of support provided, video tutorials as well as the story building on why and how things came into existence convinced me of the dedication this product developer has, with a genuine interest to help their customers to do a specific task better and easier. I bought GetLeadForms to support it's development and to see where this product will go.

Not really very hard at all to get GREAT customer support from the team at GetLeadForms. Seriously these guys are great. I had trouble working out how to add forms to a Squarespace button. Not only did they respond almost straight away with a response but when I wasn't able to get this work, the founder and his team made a Squarespace account to trouble shoot the issue I was having. They created a solution for me! The issue I have is not a GetLeadForms problem but the way Squarespace works. Thanks team, I'm out of my depth and you gave a hand up!! Forms and stuff are all great too!!
This is one of those Appsumo deals you wait for all year to come along...It's the one you tell your mates about in 12 months' time how you scored it and tell them about how they missed out.
GetLeadForms is brilliant, it helps you create forms that convert website visitors into qualified leads. No coding is necessary.
The best way to learn how to use is to import a template and just it to your needs. I found that by using the help section on the website and watching the Youtube videos I got my head around it in about 24 hours.
John the owner is awesome and personally replied to my questions within hours
I am currently going across all my website and replacing all my forms
Its a TOTAL winner!
