A: Hi Sumo-ling! ✋

1) Does the chat widget do any Proactive Chat feature? Meaning, when a user is on the site for longer than x seconds, there is a proactive invitation to chat such as "hey, I'm John, let me know if you have any questions!"
➤ We have greetings, they pop up after a few seconds.

2) Can I share my screen during video chat with leads? (I know this has been asked, but this seems to be a big one for other Sumolings).
