➤ Company default language

Changing the language has never been that easy. You can split the communication system. It is possible to have a panel in Spanish, but if Your clients are based in England, set up English for the email language.

➤ Brand removal

Turn off GetLead branding. If You don’t want to show our logo on the widget - it’s ok. Turn it off in settings.

➤ White labelling - Your own logo in emails, social links, company name or own SMTP. This feature is accessible for agencies, clients of agencies and GetLead clients with #GET3+ plan

➤ New video connection features

Fullscreen, better design and faster chat. Also, the chat can be closed by the client while talking with Your consultant.

➤ “Leave” button for client and consultant

For example, if Your client has already considered buying the product and he doesn’t want to buy, he can simply leave the meeting. During the call he can also turn off his camera and mute the microphone.

➤ Customizable text on the greetings prompt

Push your clients to start the call by using the greetings prompt feature. You can change the text and remove it.

➤ Writing animation

If the consultant or the client is writing the message, the other person will see the animation. It’s a similar feature to the Skype or Messenger one.
