Q: Hi Team, We use Tawk.

to today. So my questions are:

1. we have three Tawk.to widgets active one, in the frontend and two in different backends. Everything is managed via an admin interface, of course. Does that work for you too?

We use about 20 triggers for the frontend widget alone, which automatically display different notifications for the user on different frontend pages. Is that also possible with your tool?

We have already integrated a messaging system in the backend for two user groups. Is it possible to integrate only the audio and video intercom function between the chatting users from you, because we already have the messaging system itself, I would just like to add the video and audio part there. We are talking about the most diverse message groups and users who are in a group.

1. we have three Tawk.to widgets active one, in the frontend and two in different backends. Everything is managed via an admin interface, of course. Does that work for you too?
➤ The account owner has full access to the panel. He can assign roles to other operators and give him the ability to manage recordings and widgets as well.
Each user has their own separate access.
Operators only see call histories from their department.

➤ Yes, you can assign a different greeting for each widget.

➤ At the moment you arrange everything with the chat:
- chat itself
- chat / video
- chat / voice
- chat / video / voice.
