Q: Hi, this seemed promising and i'm potentially interested in the agency option if this comes on AS.
But it got confusing and wasted a fair bit oi my time as I thought i'd try the free version before buying on AS. i got a message that needed Safari on I phone 11 pro to make a call, turns out even with the call button visible and active it does not connect because calls are not included in the free version, but it says you get 'call history' in the list of features ? maybe that should say 'chat history' or hide the phone icon/button if it is the free version.
The users will not understand or care if we are using free version they'll just give up when they can't call.
Or do a trial 14 days on your website of the full version so potential clients can see it working properly? I do realise that i can get a 60 day trial with AS though it's one of the first times i have decided to try a product his way, typical :)

Agency option - unfortunately in our contract with AS it was not included, and when creating GL we did not even think about it that the product would be adapted for resale :)
We cannot attach the agency offer to AS offer - it works on a different basis, and the costs of purchasing such a solution would be much higher for AS.
GetFree / free trial for 7/14 days with video - we will think about your suggestion :)
