Nope i have emailed them also along with my invoice and looking for a comment but i haven't heard anything back from them. Money is gone now, they just repacked and will come to another platform and do the same again. i hate it when this happens similar LTD bite the dust.
Q: Has the software shutdown?
Can't seem to access my account anymore. And the gini.co website, although active in many aspects, also has a parralel domain called Verified Metrics.
Can someone tell me if they still have access to their LTD of Gini?

I hate scams like this coming from products that had such promise. Hurts the reputation of all the good products out there on AppSumo

I just sent them a note today. Let's see if they respond.
Q: Hello, I purchased a Lifetime Code through AppSumo.
It says my account is activated, but I seem to have forgotten the password. I tried to reset, but the system will not send instructions to my email.
Please help
Sincerely,
Julian Sauls

May 14, 2024A: Hello JonasBrew
Thank you for your question.
I would love to help you out with this. However, the deadlines are pre-set, and we at gini are unable to change that.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with.
Thanks and regards,
Vikas

Q: Must we use the charts and formulas you have, or can we simply export certain field/records to csv for our own data manipulation?

May 14, 2024A: Hi Sumo-linger,
Thank you for your question. With gini, you would have to use the charts and formulas in our flows.
But if you would like to perform your own data manipulation, you could export a CSV of the transactions. Here's how to do that
1. Create a flow on gini, and then click "Open flow"
2. Once you access flow on the gini spreadsheet, please go to the tab "(company name) - A-AA"....
