Q: Considering Tier 4 for multiple projects that must stay isolated:
can the 15 Documentations be split across multiple Organizations/workspaces under one AppSumo license, each with separate members, private docs, GitHub connections, API keys and MCP/OAuth permissions? Or must all 15 live in one Organization, where a Viewer can access every private Documentation? If multiple orgs are supported, which Tier 4 limits are shared vs per-org (300 generations, domains, members, etc.)? We need hard separation between projects.
Also, Is Ask AI strictly grounded ONLY in the published content of that Documentation, or can it use general model knowledge/live web context or infer beyond the docs? If the docs don't support an answer, will it explicitly say so rather than improvise?

Org/isolation: Right now, all documentation under one plan lives in a single Organization — there's no way to split a Tier 4 license's 15 docs across multiple orgs, since each org needs its own separate subscription. Within one org, Admin/Editor/Viewer roles see every documentation.
We do have a "Reader" role that can be scoped to specific documentations only (read-only), which gets you per-project isolation for viewers — but not yet for editors/admins. If you need hard isolation at the editing level between projects, that currently means separate organizations (and separate licenses).
Ask AI: Yes, strictly grounded — it only answers from that specific documentation's published content, never general model knowledge or live web context. If the docs don't cover something, it says so explicitly instead of guessing.
Happy to dig deeper into your specific setup if useful!
Thanks! Space is very restricted here so: Quick Ask AI questions: 1) Does it cite exact source pages? 2) Can we export visitor chat logs? 3) Is it embeddable externally, or GitDoc-only? 4) Can we add custom system guardrails? 5) Do MCP/API connections strictly enforce role restrictions?
Here is the full set of questions. Limited in space so i will do it this way for you all, effectively losing SEO I suppose. Heh.
