1 - You can only have one organisation but unlimited projects in Tier 4. And in total all projects share the 1,000,000 MAU limit.

Q: Hi, Congratss and interested in this!

I have a few clarifications below:
1. Will gleap stay for 3 more days for Appsumo Plus?
2. Is gleap only work for web apps? Does it work for desktop app or window apps? For example, SAP application
3. Do you have plan to integrate with Project management tools and support tools? especially those popular tools launched in appsumo such as niftypm, taskade, thrivedesk, labidesk and etc.
4. As API is not part of the deal, can I clarify if I need that to integrate with some apps, is there any addon pricing for me to use the API?

Thanks for reaching out.

1 - Unfortunately not :) Gleap will stay for one more day, as indicated by AppSumo.

2 - Gleap works for websites and apps. But not for applications, such as SAP.

3 - We already have a lot of integrations into project management tools. If yours aren't among them you can either request a feature or simply use Zapier.

4 - No, API access unfortunately is only part of our conventional plans.

Q: Gleap looks awesome!

I just have few questions :

1. Can I use different "sent from emails" ? (ex: one per project ?)

2. How we can integrate a livechat inside ? You said there will be a Gleap Livechat ? Will it be included ? When will it arrive.

3. When the Chatbot will be ready? Will the chatbot be included in the Appsumo deal ?

4. Can we see ALL bug reports (from every projects) in ONE place / board ? At least on the project listing (first dashboard page) can we have a count (like a notification counter) showing the total unresolved bugs per project?(So we know where to search)

5. Is there a "search field" for the “feature request” module planned?

6. Can we set up different widgets per project/website ? Example : 1 for the end user where we can put a contact form, and a link to calendly and one other widget only displayed if the user is logged-in WordPress for, so the client can report bugs in the backoffice and frontend while connected). The idea is to have different "Menu items" on every widget. But we can also imagine to have my agency logo on the backend to help the client. And the client "help logo" on the frontend. Maybe it can be solved if we can create multiple projects at the same URL/domain. I just need a confirmation :)

1 - Currently not unfortunately. But this is already on our roadmap. I'd be more than happy to subscribe you to said feature request so you'll be notified of any updates.

2 and 3 - Yes, the whole dev team is currently working full steam on our live chat. The ETA for the beta is three weeks. Let me know if you'd like to be subscribed to the beta user list - I'd be happy to do so. And yes, the live chat will be part of AppSumo deals. For now you can either integrate our widget into your live chat (https://gleap.io/docs/javascript/widget-control-and-workflows) or you can integrate your live chat into our widget (https://gleap.io/docs/javascript/custom-actions).

4 - Currently not and this is also not intended because some of our clients have a loooot of projects. As it is now, you get an overview of all your assigned bugs in the dashboard overview. Maybe this could be a workaround for you.

5 - There is a search field for the internal feature request board but not for the public one.

6 - Yes, that's exactly why we have projects. Each project has its own widget.

I am afraid I don't fully understand what you mean with accounts. Gleap is integrated into websites and apps. We recommend using one project per domain but you can also add multiple domains to one project if you like.

Q: Hi 1.

What is the record limit of each screen share upload? I noticed it cuts off in under 3 minutes

2. How is the 1,000,000 users limit applied? Is it the total amount of users on the platform period or it resets every month like MAU. Meaning I can have 1,000,000 users this month and another 1,000,000 users next month making my total users 2,000,000 but my MAU 1,000,000.

3. Can incidents default priority be changed from meduim?

1 - Exactly, the limit is at 3 minutes.

2 - Yes, the 1,000,000 is a MAU limit. Meaning you can have 1,000,000 users this month and another 1,000,000 next month.

3 - No, this is currently not possible.

Q: Do you have plans to let the users see their open requests through the tool on the website?

If the conversation moves to email after the first report, this really doesn't save us from the email chain ultimately.

That's my only roadblock in purchasing..

Q: Hi there, Love the tool and what I've seen so far.

We use something else, but our annual invoice is coming up, and my team is not too happy with the current one. So, I'm looking into Gleap.

Some questions if you allow.

1. I'm guessing with projects, you mean "domains," or is that something else? I have 5 products and would need different features/settings for each product.

2. Related to #1, is the Roadmaps and feedback separated per project, i.e., not all in one? Hence, is it possible to have a roadmap.domain1.com and roadmap.domain2.com, etc. setup?

3. Is there some kind of SSO for our users? I can just pass along a token and the users are signed in?

4. I don't see a plan here that would include the API. Is that just a mistake or not available on Appsumo?

No need to be scared we won't turn Gleap off immediately for you but you'll have to upgrade to a conventional plan if you overstep that limit, which won't be done automatically but our sales team will reach out to you.

Q: Hello.

I got some questions.
1) If the website is built on WordPress is it possible to make the widget only visible for admins?
2) Integrations. If I will integrate it with ClickUp and mark the status as complete in Clickup, it will also sync with Gleap?
3) Also for Clickup. Let's say I have 2 websites. Is it possible to forward a task for website A to Folder 1 in Clickup and a task for website B to Folder 2?

A: Hey Darius,

Thanks for reaching out.

1 - Not admins only but all WP editors. In the WordPress Plugin settings you can check the box that says "Enable just for logged in editors".

2 - Our integrations are light two-way integrations. That means if you mark the ticket as done in ClickUp you will receive a notification you've done so in the respective Gleap ticket.

3 - Only if you set the two websites up as separate projects - which is how you should use Gleap anyway :) In the respective project you can then set a different list or project in ClickUp for the Gleap items to be sent to.
