Do you have plan to integrate with Project management tools and support tools? especially those popular tools launched in appsumo such as niftypm, taskade, thrivedesk, labidesk and etc. 4. As API is not part of the deal, can I clarify if I need that to integrate with some apps, is there any addon pricing for me to use the API? I see this

3 - We already have a lot of integrations into project management tools. If yours aren't among them you can either request a feature or simply use Zapier.

6. Can we set up different widgets per project/website ? Example : 1 for the end user where we can put a contact form, and a link to calendly and one other widget only displayed if the user is logged-in WordPress for, so the client can report bugs in the backoffice and frontend while connected). The idea is to have different "Menu items" on every widget. But we can also imagine to have my agency logo on the backend to help the client. And the client "help logo" on the frontend. Maybe it can be solved if we can create multiple projects at the same URL/domain. I just need a confirmation :)

For now you can either integrate our widget into your live chat (https://gleap.io/docs/javascript/widget-control-and-workflows) or you can integrate your live chat into our widget (https://gleap.io/docs/javascript/custom-actions).
4 - Currently not and this is also not intended because some of our clients have a loooot of projects. As it is now, you get an overview of all your assigned bugs in the dashboard overview. Maybe this could be a workaround for you.
5 - There is a search field for the internal feature request board but not for the public one.
6 - Yes, that's exactly why we have projects. Each project has its own widget.

Now that I am using the tool, the only "Big" missing part is a "small changelog" feature. So we can display / embed / link the changes along with the bug requests, and the roadmap. IMO a small Changelog is totally the continuity of Gleap. Is something like this planned?
I am afraid I don't fully understand what you mean with accounts. Gleap is integrated into websites and apps. We recommend using one project per domain but you can also add multiple domains to one project if you like.
With HighLevel I distribute SaaS sub accounts, that’s what I was referring to. So each account is a project or each new domain is a project?

I hope there will be another added feature which is the knowledgebase with templates to choose from and integrated with the widget with search functionality for a certain category, article, or any keyword in the knowledgebase articles.
2. Team Departments:
The ability to put team members / VAs on the the Widget and route between ho is free to serve customers and the ability to distribute the raised tickets whether it is a chat or a direct bug message integrated with another tab in the Gleap dashboard for shared inbox or multiple shared inbox (shared inbox for sales, shared inbox for marketing, shared inbox for support, etc ...) for all of the team departments with categorized inquiries like general inquiries for lead generation on the widget for non-customers who landing on the website can access the knowledgebase and the sales team contact form or direct chat with the sales team after providing their email and/or phone number (can be enabled or disable any time or configure working hours for agents or team members) and for existing customers can be redirected to choose support team since support is dedicated for our customers and let the customers choose from several channels for communication whether direct chat, phone number, messenger, Whatsapp, contact form, autoresponders integration so we can reply to any incoming email with canned auto reply until someone (one of our employees) get the ticket and follow up with customers or the new leads so the inquiry can be processed with easy workflow and with the best customer experience.

Yes, I've just submitted these 2 feature requests, if these features implemented in Gleap I think no one will need any other software in this area and with the coming chat and if help lite help desk feature is included as well this well be perfect solution for agencies and other software companies, i hope that Gleap team review this and make brain storming and put the most priority features in the production pipeline as I believe it will add more productivity for Gleap users and will make life much easier.

No, unfortunately we cannot offer API access as part of the AppSumo deals. Really sorry for that but the AppSumo deals have been designed at the beginning of the campaign and are not subject to changes.
1 - Yes, we consider each apps or domains as a separate projects. You can however also add more domains to one projects but as you said, then you cannot have separate settings and teams, etc.
2 - Yes, there's a separate roadmap for each project. You can either embed the roadmap on a page where you set the domain yourself or you can use our share link. This link is however not customizable at the moment. Again, this is a feature we already have on our roadmap.
3 - Could you be a bit more specific here. Do you mean team members in Gleap or users on your website / web app / mobile app?
4 - Unfortunately, API access is not included in our AppSumo deals.

Thanks for reaching out. You will get notified once you're about to reach the limit. No need to be scared we won't turn Gleap off immediately for you but you'll have to upgrade to a conventional plan if you overstep that limit, which won't be done automatically but our sales team will reach out to you.
I got some questions. 1) If the website is built on WordPress is it possible to make the widget only visible for admins? 2) Integrations. If I will integrate it with ClickUp and mark the status as complete in Clickup, it will also sync with Gleap? 3) Also for Clickup. Let's say I have 2 websites. Is it possible to forward a task for website A to Folder 1 in Clickup and a task for website B to Folder 2?
1 - Not admins only but all WP editors. In the WordPress Plugin settings you can check the box that says "Enable just for logged in editors".
2 - Our integrations are light two-way integrations. That means if you mark the ticket as done in ClickUp you will receive a notification you've done so in the respective Gleap ticket.
3 - Only if you set the two websites up as separate projects - which is how you should use Gleap anyway :) In the respective project you can then set a different list or project in ClickUp for the Gleap items to be sent to.

2 - Yes, the 1,000,000 is a MAU limit. Meaning you can have 1,000,000 users this month and another 1,000,000 next month.

If the conversation moves to email after the first report, this really doesn't save us from the email chain ultimately.
