Q: The website has been down for a few days and no one's responding.
The gleemo.ai website is down. I used to use it often, then I stopped for a month, and now, as of May 26, 2026, the site has been offline. It could have been for several days. I have a subscription that I can no longer use. I don't know how to contact support because with the site offline, I can't use it for support. I messaged them on their Instagram account, but no one's responding, so I posted here. I can't add my ID, and I repeat, I can't log in. AppSumo has my contact information. What should I do?
Has anyone successfully exported a list from the relationships correctly? In my experience, the CSV file is incredibly difficult to work with; it doesn't match the format of the online report and requires manually locating each user one row at a time, which is a hassle. If anyone knows how to perform the export properly, please share your insights!
Q: AppSumo user with account limit search not updated every month
I purchased the Tier 2 plan for Gleemo through AppSumo a few months ago, which should include 1,000 searches per month. However, I noticed today (November 1st) that my monthly search count has not been reset to zero. The counter is still showing the total from the previous month instead of starting fresh for the new billing period. Could you please check my account and resolve this issue?
