Q: AppSumo user with account limit search not updated every month

I purchased the Tier 2 plan for Gleemo through AppSumo a few months ago, which should include 1,000 searches per month.
However, I noticed today (November 1st) that my monthly search count has not been reset to zero. The counter is still showing the total from the previous month instead of starting fresh for the new billing period.
Could you please check my account and resolve this issue?
Gleemo Activation date is 2025-02-17

A: Hi, thanks for your feedback! Our quota refreshes monthly based on your subscription date, not on the first day of each calendar month. You can try again once your new cycle (calculated from your subscription date) begins.
