Q: Not influencers..?

I want to find a tech influencer. So I tested out the website.

I tried to put "tech" as the keyword, I put "male" as the account holder, and I put "Electronics and computers" as the interests. I pushed search and "Asus computers" was one of the "influencers". I think, but I could be wrong, this isn't finding influencers at all, its just searching all accounts?

Some of the other results from this search are [rollsroycecars, the verge, samsung mobile, cnet, funimate, etc.] None of these seem to be influencers at all.. So I am having trouble trying to understand how this app discovers influencers.. Maybe I am missing something?

A: Hi! We include all accounts with more than 1,000 followers and count them as "influencers." If you only want to see personal accounts and wish to exclude business accounts, you can select "Regular" and "Creator" under the Account Type filter. This will remove all the corporate and brand accounts you’ve mentioned.

Thank you for your question! If you do choose to purchase Gleemo, we would love for you to leave an honest review on AppSumo, as your support means a lot to us. :D

I tried to do this & still have the same issue. Selected "regular" & "creator", & almost all the same people appeared: [rollsroycecars, the verge, cnet, funimate, etc.]

this didn't really help what we're looking to do. I don't see the benefit yet unless this can be resolved in the right way. otherwise all its doing is just filtering without any actual logic behind the filtered. need influencers..

Our system scans influencers’ bios for exact matches or semantically related terms to the keyword you enter. For example, influencers like rollsroycecars, the verge, cnet, funimate, etc. may appear in your "tech" search results because their bios include the word "tech".

To Improve Accuracy you can try using more specific keywords (e.g. "automotive tech" instead of "tech").

Ok, but in that case, how do I find influencers? because royllsroycecars and the other accounts I mentioned arent influencer accounts.

In addition to the Account Type filter I mentioned earlier, you can also explore other filters such as engagement rate, follower count, and contact information. Influencers typically have higher engagement rates compared to business accounts, and they often include an email address in their bio, which you can filter using the contact filter.
