A: Aloha Molukai- Yes, you can edit/remove employees by clicking Organization in the left sidebar to view your list of currently active employees in GLSS, then click trash icon or the edit icon to the right of their name.

1. Are the videos all composed of slides with CC only without voice just like the demo showed or they're narrated? I listen to courses during my commute and would love to listen instead of reading on my tiny phone screen. 2. A: Hi Doongoan-
1. There are voiceovers, but they're different from what's on the training player (slides). We require students to click "next" to continue to the next slide, so it wouldn't be possible to listen to the training in full while driving. Sorry about this.
2. Yes, there's an exam integrated throughout the courses and if you pass, you'll get a certificate.
Are these courses in Spanish? I have a relative that wants to take the course but prefers to do it in Spanish.

Also, do certifications need to be renewed? If so, how often and is it included in this LTD?
