Q: Events are Spaces right? How many of them in the Tiers? Members? Not the same as Participants nor SubAccounts.
I've been exploring and tryings things in GoBrunch. I'm loving it, not gonna lie.
Although there are several concepts that users need a time to get used to. For example:
1 - When it says breakout rooms per event it means that inside a Space you can have a limited number of rooms. But (a) how many spaces can the Tiers create? Unlimited? (b) Can people use as many Spaces as Organizers simultaneously?
2 - Sub-Accounts can record, create rooms, but they can't see main Account's Spaces on their dashboard according to what I read on Help Center but they can have their own Spaces since they have Tier 1 capabilities (c) right? So, (d1) members are registered users and can't be Sub-Accounts (some issues being temporary accounts to add)? (d2) Sub-Accounts count as members? (d3) Participants are just temporary accounts?
Sorry for that many doubts.

Jan 10, 2026A: Hey Happy new Year and thank you for your words.
1. Yes unlimited Spaces and yes you can use them simultaneously and even connect them.
2. You are right about sub-accounts. Currently they don't see your spaces but you can see their spaces in the Sub Accounts panel. Ideally the sub-accounts are suitable for team members and you can add them as Moderators to help you managing your rooms or using extra features. Members are a completely different world. If you setup a community, then you can invite members to be part of it or you can share your landing room for them to sign up and even pay for your membership. You also can add members as Moderators or Sub-accounts but they are different features. Cheers.

How can I get answers? I bought it, but I need to evaluate whether to keep it, so I am testing the application. When I open a space, I cannot hear myself even though my microphone is activated.
