Q: For tier 3, If Im using 'main account' that has ‘600 participants per live webinar limit’ 1) How many live event I can have concurrently?
2) If I have 2 concurrent live webinar, if live webinar A has 450 participants already, means live webinar B will automatically have max 150 participants unless webinar A has participants that leaves early? (asking this to understand whether is it feasible to have 24/7 which would take up limits quickly)
3) If I create 3 rooms..
Room A – live webinar
Room B – evergreen video
Room C - waiting room
3a) Can I cap the limit for each room?
3b) Does it mean that all 3 rooms total is 600 max live participants or 600 participants per room?
4) Does it mean 600 max reached, the 601st customer will get a rejection pop up message that webinar is full?
4b) Can the person continues to wait until anyone suddenly leaves & would it automatically brings in the person in waiting queue?

1. How many live event I can have concurrently?
If you're running by yourself, I usually recommend 1 at time as much as you can do more if you have different rooms open in different tabs. You can assign different Moderators for conducting your sessions as well. And if you need to add more features to them, you can add them as your sub-accounts. Ultimately, there's no exact limit, but I'd say approximately will be the number of sub-accounts that you have. 35 in Tier 2 and 50 in Tier 3.
2. If I have 2 concurrent live webinar, if live webinar A has 450 participants already, means live webinar B will automatically have max 150 participants unless webinar A has participants that leaves early? The limit of 600 participants is per room and not per Webinar. It's pretty much the number of circles that you have inside your room.
3) If I create 3 rooms.. Room A – live webinar Room B – evergreen video Room C - waiting room 3a) Can I cap the limit for each room?
Yes, you can cap by adding the desired number of circles for each. The circles will determine how many attendees will be able to join.
3b) Does it mean that all 3 rooms total is 600 max live participants or 600 participants per room?
600 participants per room
4) Does it mean 600 max reached, the 601st customer will get a rejection pop up message that webinar is full?
That's right. They won't be able to sit as all seats will be taken.
4b) Can the person continues to wait until anyone suddenly leaves & would it automatically brings in the person in waiting queue?
They can definitely wait someone to leaves as we don't take them to a waiting room.
