Q: Hi, is there a way to lock the breakout room during a long event and only open them up in between session breaks?
An extended question from the above is there a way to kick people out of the breakout room and force them into the main session (like Zoom)?

May 15, 2024A: Hi esty. Yes you can do that but you'll have to unlock by yourself manually each one of them. Regarding bringing people automatically to a room, we currently don't offer this feature. estyHi Richard, thanks for your response. Is there any way for the participants to visually indicate which room is locked without actually joining the room first? This will be extremely useful if we want to keep some rooms closed during certain sessions and others open. Save the participants from some confusion and us organisers having to answer a million questions.
