potential, I'm still going to buy another code to upgrade to tier 3 because I love the potential :)
I did try running a session the other day, but found my invitees didn't take up the opportunity to test before the session, and they struggled with the interface on their mobiles. But that's fine because I'll run some training sessions to help get them up and running.
I do have one question to ask. Can you let me know what happens to guests if I set up a breakout room with 4 seats and they are all taken. Do the extra guests get denied access or something else?

May 15, 2024A: Hi Anna. Thank you very much for your message. The mobile should be straight forward for basic video conferencing, but it might depend on the features that we want to ask them to use. If people try to join a room with no seats, they won't be able to listen or participate in the discussions. We recommend adding some extra circles in case you're not sure how many of them are joining. Cheers.
