May 15, 2024A: Hi carlomanalac. The Sub Accounts allow you to add more people to get the benefits of Tier 1.
Example of use cases:
1. Remote team members
2. Community members
3. Customers
4. Event planners

If I get a tier 2 and have a CNAME for it, will those subaccount be under the same CNAME?

The Sub Accounts are independent of the CNAME. You can optionally invite them using your CNAME as they you'll receive the invitation with your subdomain link. Hope it helps.
