A: GoBrunch has permanent rooms, which means you just need to add your room link to Calendly. That's how I do it. I'm always inside my virtual office and I don't have to find or click on any links because I know the meeting will take place where I am. Pretty much you just need to wait for the person to join the room that you are already in. My demonstrations take place one room to the left side of my office. Every time I get a reminder, I just click to join my conference room. Hope that helps. Cheers.
