For me it is important to have 20-30 people with square images large enough to see their gestures and movements in detail. I agree with another user, it is very important to activate the mirror effect because it becomes more natural and comfortable during transmissions. It is something that comes standard for example in zoom. It would be an advance if you could implement both (square images and mirror effect). Over there they have given you ideas about dynamic circles, which can be enlarged automatically according to the people in the room and the non-occupied ones disappear (or at least their vision is reduced). Many of us do webinars where you can estimate a number of people, but in the end there is always a percentage of those registered who do not show up, thus occupying useless space that if it disappears would allow those present to enlarge. I think that would definitely give your platform the quality and usability that any user would want.
