Q: I've purchased Tier 3. I found an issue about Sub-account.

When I add an sub-account, the tier is not tier 3, but will change to AppSumo tier 1 instead.

A: Hi Markesot. If you added yourself as a sub-account and clicked on the link, please reach us out for us to fix your tier. If you added someone and it's showing Tier 1, then it's correct.
