Q: Question About Setting Up Private Spaces for My Community
Hi Richard,
I mentor a small community of business owners who regularly hold meetings and consultations with their clients.
I’d like to offer each member their own private space—whether that be a room, subaccount, or some other setup—so they can host online meetings with their clients. This wouldn’t be a paid service; rather, it would be offered as a complimentary perk for being part of the community.
Is this something that can be done on your platform? If so, how would you recommend structuring it?
Thanks in advance for your guidance.

1. Since you mentioned a private Space, the best way is to create one separate Space for each of your clients. That way they cannot see each other.
2. If you want them to have features like recording, you will have to add them as sub-accounts and then assign them as moderators.
In my opinion, prior to offer this perk to them, I'd create a common area such as a co-working space or lounge for them to engage with you and each other and see how they will react. That could be a good onboarding as well and from there you can evaluate their interest level in having their own private rooms. Hope that helps.
