Q: Transactional fee
Can you explain what the transactional fee is. Is it charged to me every time i use go brunch? 4% of what?

Aug 29, 2025A: Absolutely. The transactional fee only applies when you use GoBrunch to collect payments from your members, such as subscriptions, workshops, or paid events.
It’s not charged every time you use GoBrunch in general. Hope that helps.

I am interested in a Tier 2 license and was just about to type in the same question. I couldn't find anything when I searched the FAQ for 'Transactional Fees'. Can you please explain in detail what the fee is/for and when it is applicable? Thank you!

The transactional fee (4% on tier 1, 2% on Tier 2 and 1% on Tier 3) only applies when you choose to use GoBrunch to collect payments, for example, if you’re charging for memberships, workshops, or events. It’s not something that’s charged every time you use GoBrunch, only when a payment is processed through the platform.
103206445655527155747I am an account professor and I plan on using this to meet with my students. They are not charged for these meetings so I assume I would never have to pay a transaction fee for these types of events.
