donnyawQ: why you lowering the price?
what compensation from previous buyer that bought at a price $199. we still have right to refund and re buy again. please give me an explanation about this.
Tier 2 ($99) and Tier 3 ($199) offered before had 3 GB and 5GB of extra storage, respectively; Plan 2 ($78) and Plan 3 ($117) offered now only have 1 GB of storage
It's a complete different offering... If you feel that you don't need the extra storage then you are on the right path by refunding and rebuying. I passed on the deal before and will jump right now since I didn't care about the storage
have check the detail previous deal? i bought tier 3, they did not stated that extra storage is available for each device. with this statement i can conclude that the all device ( 20 device ) only get 6 Gb and sharing all storage all togheter. meanwhile the current deal each device got 1 gb.
I received an unsatisfactory response that lacked meaningful information. I am hesitant to trust your future products.
now they change the price again for the forth time. it is crazy, they increate more than 10 times
