It is really good with calls, but I faced problems with webinars
I really like the interface of the software and the idea of it, I think it will be so successful softwear in the future, but the customer journey is not very user friendly, the person who comes needs to go through many stages such as writing the name, then selecting an avatar, and allowing the microphone, those make people lose the interest of joining the training or webinars, the second big issue I faced was with the video recording, with webinar only I face an issue which is the voice and the image are not aligned and it recorded only 45 minutes of 2 hours this is creating big lose for the value so I hope that it will updated
