I've been a Sumoling since 2012, and I've seen many amazing products come (and go), and I don't usually feel inspired to leave a review. But for me, GoBrunch checks checks all the boxes for an exceptional investment- value, utility, flexibility, expandability, and amazing customer support. The outstanding product features speak for themselves, so I will start with my support experience.

I contacted support a few weeks ago because I needed assistance with my upgrade to Tier 2. I hadn't even used Tier 1 yet, but believed my business needs would grow to it. I was ready to just put GoBrunch on the back burner with so many other purchases I've made over the years because I didn't see an immediate use for it. But thanks to Richard (who personally responded to my support ticket), I had a change of mind. His response was swift and thorough, and after resolving my issue invited me to attend a webinar. There just happened to be one that afternoon, and I saw it as an opportunity to jumpstart my understanding of ways to use and implement the product. The webinar was incredibly eye-opening and made me realize that I can use this right now, and not just for business. I also learned that beyond the regularly scheduled webinars, they many other (free) ways of learning and engaging with other GoBrunch users.

That level of fandom- being a part of an active and engaged community- will help novices and advanced users get the most out of GoBrunch.

I like the fact that I can build creative and customizable spaces to meet with a client (or friends and family) and host a webinar of hundreds with the same platform! I love that I can "decorate" my spaces to suit my brand or my whims. There is so much to say about GoBrunch, but the best way to learn it is to invest in it and find out for yourselves. Just do it, you'll be so glad you did!
