GoLinks is a link management platform that allows you to replace long URLs with intuitive short links, manage those links, and track link usage.

GoLinks allows you to create more intuitive short links. These are readable links that you could easily share with someone verbally or visually like “Go/HR” or “Go/presentation.” Your team will save time because they won’t have to search for or try to remember links with long URLs.

You can view and manage all of your go links from one dashboard, giving your team a single source of truth for link information.

Create new go links from the dashboard or using the GoLinks browser extension. All you have to do is paste the destination URL, pick a go link name, select tags for the link, and add a description. You can even create unlisted go links that are only accessible to those who know them.

Create variable go links that use custom parameters to bring you to more specific pages. For example, while “go/ticket” may take you to your overall support ticket dashboard, “go/ticket/10” will take you to a specific ticket.

For existing links, you can edit the URL, link name, tags, or description from the dashboard. View the changelog for each link to see when links have been changed, what was changed, and who changed it. Lock sensitive links that only admins can edit or delete.

Keep your links organized with tags, which you can use to create categories for your links. Search and filter tags to find relevant links in just a few clicks. You can also pin any important or timely links to the top of the workspace dashboard for easy access.

With universal search, you can look for keywords, descriptions, tags, and team members to find the go links you’re looking for. When what you type in doesn’t exist, GoLinks will give you suggestions that are a near match.

Use analytics to see how your go links are being used across the organization. You can track activity and usage across every team member and every go link. The dashboard will show you trending links that allow you to see which links your teams use often.
