The idea behind it looks amazing. Millions of targeted leads from every country, city, industry and niche.
To be honest this deal could be more attractive.
Appsumo users always expect to get something "extra" together with Lifetime deal (which is already a lot).
I feel that we could get more leads than just basic package as there is high risk
that this business might not survive for long period of time.
Taking that fact "Growth Plan" costs 49$ a month (once) could give me 4000 credits immediately.
Appsumo plan: 4000credits/200credits=20 months I need to use appsumo plan just to make it more attractive than 1 month of Growth plan...
Taking enterprice plan 20,000 credits for 200$ 200$/20,000credits=0.01 $ for each credit - the minimal price company can sell a credit.
39$/0.01=3900 leads 3900/200= 19.5 months - might be maximal company lifetime with such low profit margins.
Would you consider to change the deal to something like...
Get credits from 1 month of Growth Plan (4000 Leads) and every month get additional 200$?

Although, just wanted to point out that perhaps you need to recheck GoPinLeads.com for the credits..
The growth plan ($49/month) gives you 1,000 credits and Pro ($199/month) 5,000
Further, with the Lifetime AppSumo deal, you are 'in the green' by the end of month 5. So if you are using the tool for the next 3 years (we hope more like 10 years :-) ) your 2years 7months are covered.
