Q: Several Bugs found need resolve asap!
We purchased your product yesterday and created a form from scratch. While the UI/UX is user-friendly, we encountered several bugs and haven't received a response from live chat.
Key issues include:
1. Team Member Invitation: Team members must sign up first instead of receiving a direct invite.
2. Survey Preview: The preview redirects to the Gozen site after 1-2 seconds, making it impossible to view.
3. Dropdown Menu: Entered data disappears and resets to default after refreshing.
4. Cant access form: via custom domain shows a “404 NOT FOUND” warning from Google.
5. Workspace & Domain Management: Once added, it cannot be deleted.
6. Form Testing: Using Gozen link results in a blank screen after pressing next on Welcoming Page.
We cannot continue, need a prompt resolution to decide whether to proceed or refund. Kindly reply email & chat
