Q: Why is an LTD tool asking for users for money?

I invested in this tool a while ago, setup systems with this tool and now all over a sudden it is asking for payment. Why is this happening?

What a shame. I know the refund period is over. But still, I want my money back. I only use this form app once. And the second time, it closes my account and forcing me to switch to a monthly plan. Why do we buy lifetime deal then?
