I've purchased a few different survey/form software systems from App Sumo in the past. So far, this is the best one I've found. I can get a survey off the ground is a matter of minutes, copy my survey link paste that link in an email and blast my list. These surveys are a clever way to understand the issues and problems the people on your list face. You can then use the data to create products or send them affiliate links to the products that will help them.
