I purchased GoZen Forms.Ai because it was advertised as providing “Lifetime access,” “All future Premium Plan updates,” and continued access to future features.

Now my access has been restricted because of a payment and contractual dispute between GoZen and AppSumo—a dispute that customers had absolutely nothing to do with.

According to AppSumo’s announcement, AppSumo had already paid GoZen in full for its previous campaigns and paused only the most recent payment after GoZen breached its agreement. AppSumo also states that it repeatedly tried to resolve the issue, but GoZen would not cooperate in restoring customer access.

If that account is accurate, GoZen is using paying lifetime customers as leverage in a business dispute. Customers paid for the product in good faith. Restricting our accounts because of a disagreement with AppSumo is completely unacceptable.

AppSumo says my purchase is outside its “We Got Your Back” protection period, so instead of a refund, affected customers are being offered FormRobin as a replacement.

I did not purchase FormRobin. I purchased lifetime access to GoZen Forms.Ai.

Customers should not lose access merely because two companies are fighting over payments or contracts. Either GoZen must restore every legitimate lifetime account, or affected customers should receive a full credit refund.

A “Lifetime Deal” should not become worthless because of a private business dispute. This experience has destroyed my trust in both GoZen and the lifetime-deal model.
